Children in the St. Regis Mohawk Early Childhood Development Program (Headstart) celebrated the end of their year Monday morning.
The ceremony was set to take place outside but due to rain, parents and students stayed inside and teachers did their best to hold individual ceremonies in each of the four headstart classrooms.
The three and four year olds spent the year learning important socializing and school structure preparing them to enter “real” school next year in pre-kindergarten.
