The enclosed transcripts indicate a Right of Way notably as 204-7. The attached land survey registers this portion of land as a Right of Way. The dispute originates with a transfer between Joseph Benedict and Philip Benedict. This Right of Way gives access to lot 204-7 which was purchased in 2001.

I would like to inform all community members interested in purchasing property from Philip Benedict, that this portion of land known as 204-7 is a Right of Way.

Private ownership of this Right of Way is disputed.
