The Seaway Valley Rapids Peewee ‘A’ hockey team went to Niagara Falls on March 7-9 for the Gene Harrington Falls Classic Tournament.
They are the Champions.
The Rapids’ won their first game 13-1 against the Bethlehem Eagles. During the 2nd game vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Jr. Knights the score was 5-1 for the Rapids. During the 3rd game the Rapids took a loss 3-1 against Cranford Hockey Club, so they went on to play for the Championship game against Cranford Hockey Club. The Rapids were victorious by a score of 6-1.
