Ralph John Gardner, age 54, of Syracuse, N.Y. has succumbed to a lengthy illness on February 26, 2008.

Son on the late Sarah Cecile Herne and Lawrence Henry Gardner. He was predeceased by one sister, Vivian Tarbell Tallman.
