    The Massena boys and girls varsity hockey team won a combined total of three games during the week of Dec. 5, including their Section 10 season openers.     The Akwesasne Chiefs will not play hockey this season and may not come back in the future. Phil DeFranco, who had been involved with the team said they didn’t get enough players for a full roster. He deferred further comment to Stuart Oberman, who was the team’s owner. Oberman did not return phone calls. DeFranco added that canceling the season was also to not add to their debts.
