On Saturday, September 25th, the Salmon River Cross Country held a community Mud Run 5k fundraiser for the team. . On a beautiful sunny autumn day, the Shamrocks welcomed all to their home cross-country course. The course is 100% grass, 12 feet wide and is mostly flat. The Akwesasne Eagles Youth Flag Football Program is off to a fast start in the 2021 Northern NY Youth Flag Football League season. Through four games, the young boys are 4-0 with wins over Massena Blue 28-14, Massena Red 21-14, Tri-Town 28-14 and Malone 1 by a score of 49-28.
