The Roundtable Cornhole Championship 2022 competitive bracket saw plenty of action and a few surprises. Held in Lockport, NY, the champions of this bracket were Greg Phillips, Akwesasne' Big River Cornhole league and Frank Wesaw for Bucktown Baggerz Cornhole league. Kory David, a veteran with more than 20 years of coaching experience, including two in the NFL, has been defensive coordinator for the Muhlenberg football team since 2017. On November 13th, two Salmon River athletes competed in the Cross-Country State Championships at Chenango Valley State Park. Cayde Lazore and Jasmine Oakes ran impressive races on the toughest course of this season. The 2021 season has come to an end for the Massena Raider football and volleyball teams. Massena’s season ended in state playoffs with a 48-6 loss to Section 7 champions Peru in a game played in Ogdensburg. The Big River Cornhole League meets Thursdays in the St. Lawrence Centre Sports Complex on State Route 37. People can join for the entire season or pay $10 for a single night.
