On April 4th, the Seven Dancers Coalition hosted a book signing and discussion with the author known as Eahwahewì. The first of two events took place at the Akwesasne Library, the second taking place at the Seven Dancers Coalition Building. Last week, the area was rocked by big wind gusts and there was the usual tree limbs littered all over, as well as power outages associated with it. After school activities were cancelled at local schools and there were reports of lawn furniture finding new homes.
