    AKWESASNE—Pursuant to the 2013 Tribal Procedures Act, the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Clerk is notifying tribal membership of three informational meetings being held to discuss a Draft Probate Code. The draft ordinance is aimed at preserving and protecting the well-being of tribal members by establishing a process for settling a deceased individual’s estate.
