The host teachers from the SFIS were Cree Abeyta, Filipita Calabaza and Abby Arquero.     The Annual Roadside Cleanup took place once again, with two sign-up stations on both sides of Akwesasne. It was a good feeling to see the community out and taking care of Mother Earth, by cleaning up all the trash that was left behind after the winter thaw.     On April 25th, the Tsi Snaihne Recreation were the lucky recipients of a large donation made by both the Strong Roots Charitable foundation and by CAA Management. The Strong Roots Charitable Foundation issued a call out for proposals from any community group interested in building a new outdoor sports box.
