The application process is open to Akwesasronon who reside under the jurisdiction of Mohawk Council of Akwesasne, one per household. Applications from last year are now being taken over the phone due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You do not have to fill out an application again for this year. The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Department of Health (DOH) is continuing to see a rise in COVID-19 cases.
