St. Regis Mohawk School students who got Student of the Month for November were treated to an ice cream social with the Principal on Friday. Principal Thomas led the kids in an "I scream for ice cream" cheer and the party was started. Students were served vanilla ice cream and had a smorgasbord of toppings to choose from including chocolate, strawberry and caramel syrup, sprinkles, chocolate chips, bananas, marshmallows and whip cream. For the second year, employees of the Tarbell Management Group took their own money and purchased Christmas gifts for children involved in the SRMT Division of Social Services. This year, 139 presents were bought. Each participating employee picked the age and gender of a child and bought them a gift.
