On Sunday, December 11th, 2022, the Akwesasne Animal Society hosted a Holiday Pet Photo event at the Akwesasne Boys and Girls Club. Owners and their pets were photographed by Lyn Thomas using two different holiday backdrops. The Animal Society raised $213 from the event. Organizers also went live to draw the winner for the 50/50 online raffle.
