On Wednesday, December 5, 2013 the St. Regis Mohawk School's cafeteria held over 300 children, elves, Santa and Mrs. Claus for Cookies and Crafts. By: Connie Gerow, 4-H Tribal Mentoring Coordinator Upon completing a successful year at the Salmon River Campus School, the Franklin County Cornell Cooperative Extension 4-H Tribal Mentoring program presented an outline of the 4-H Mentoring program to Ms. Sharlee Thomas, the principal for the St. Regis Mohawk School. Two Men Arrested for Possession of Marijuana On U.S. Portion of River Akwesasne – On November 27, 2013, The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Marine Unit was patrolling the St. Lawrence River when a suspicious vessel was observed coming from Cornwall Island toward the US portion of Akwesasne.
