The mechanism for the colonization of the Haudenosaunee territory is found, in legal fiction, the United States...

This figure only marginally improves to 59 cents when considering those working full-time, year-round, and does not account for the over 40% of Native women in part-time or short-term employment in 2022. The lower wages of Native women are attributed to a myriad of factors they frequently encounter in the workplace and labor market. These include gender and racial discrimination, work...

  • Entertainment Binge

    Dec 7, 2023

By Isaac White. As I write this week’s missive, yes, I know this isn’t technically a letter, but I like the word ‘missive,’ I find myself at a standstill. Is it possible I’ve run out of things to say? The thought I could come up short of words is quite alarming if I’m honest. But come on, this is me, and I can already feel it shaking off. Just stick it out with me; I’m starting to build steam. As a warning, we go on a break here for a few weeks. I believe next week’s edition will last until the New Year. Perhaps that is music to your ears. I im...
