A representative from the company trying to build the North Side Energy Center solar project says he expects the project to start in late 2022 and be operational the following year.     Cornwall – Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is advising hunters, anglers and recreational boaters on the St. Lawrence River that ice booms will be installed in narrow stretches of the river, starting on November 23, 2020.     As of November 23, 2020, due to the rise in cases of COVID-19, the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne has reinstated the community curfew in accordance with the Akwesasne Emergency Curfew Law.
