    Submitted by Al Vachon This past weekend, the Cornwall Typhoons Bantam B girl's hockey team competed in the Can-Am Lake Placid Tournament. We opened the tournament vs. the Clarington Flames on Friday morning. It was a close game resulting in a win with a power wrist shot by Chanel Thompson with .01 second left in the third period.     After an undefeated regular season, the Massena varsity volleyball team’s 2017 run has come to an end.     It was a close finale for the girls in the Cornwall Tournament. The Akwesasne Wolves Bantam girls skated side by side with the visiting team from Colbourne in the Kinsmen Hockey tournament held last weekend at the Benson Center.
