I don’t know if it’s because it’s a new ‘fad’ or because it is ‘a quick and effective workout’ (so they say). Kettlebell training isn’t new or anything. In fact it’s always been around as a very popular sport in Russia. Now talking about popularity, it is getting more and more attention in the fitness industry. There a...

Onora Kaia'tonni (corn husk doll). A long time ago our Creator gave the native people corn to eat, also to the animals. He said we could use the husk to make corn husk dolls for the children to play with. So he made a very beautiful one. But she just sat at the river admiring her beauty. So the Creator sent the owl to tell her that it wasn't right for her to admire her beauty. She needs to change her action. But she didn't listen. Little brother is a very entertaining four year old. We always joke about what an old man he is. He takes his sweet time doing anything and is ever so careful doing tasks that most would rush through. If he’s getting into a car he slowly walks up to the door, which I will open for him, he never forgets to say thank you and if he is wearing a hat such as a fedora he will tip it at me. Then he will place one foot on the step up to get in. He then must grab the door handle, check that it is sturdy before he proceeds to actually step up and get h...
