    This request for quotes (RFQ) is an invitation to prospective Mohawk businesses to submit quotes for the provision of snow plowing, shoveling and sanding the sidewalks at the CKON and Indian Time building. The RFQ is issued by CKON Radio and Indian Time. Plowing, shoveling and sanding will be required prior to 6 a.m. daily. On heavy snow days the sidewalks and driveway should be re-visited during the work day for additional snow removal.     The Akwesasne Wild won their game last weekend on Kawehnoke over Rockland 3-1. Denise Thompson opened the scoring in the first period as she tipped in a blast from Krystal Peters taken from the face-off circle. Near the halfway point Rockland’s Jenyka Brondon scored their only goal after a wild goalmouth scramble in front of the Wild net.     The CISL now has more representation from Akwesasne as the Stars and Lady Devils are joined by the Akwesasne Wolves. That new team is composed of former Lady Devils and Stars players as well as local women who had joined Cornwall teams in the past. The three-day event was held at the Benson Center in Cornwall and one Cornwall team made it to the championship with Akwesasne players in their ranks. The Novice B team defeated Kemptville in that final with Anastasia Terrance scoring two.
