    The Lady Shamrocks held Potsdam to only two goals in the first half last Friday but couldn’t hold off the Sandstoners in the second period as they scored five unanswered goals. It was Senior Game for the Shamrocks as they honored six seniors and their parents.     Salmon River Central School was host to the Northern Athletic Conference Interdivisional Cross Country meet. Nine teams converged on the SRCS course to determine first and second team All Northern. The Canton girls and Malone boys ran away with first place honors.     Massena capitalized on Tupper Lake’s mistakes last Friday night at the Mike Nicholas Field to win by a score of 18-9. The fall weather was perfect for a football game. Massena took advantage when the Lumberjacks fumbled twice and missed a field goal late in the third quarter.     On Saturday, October 27th the Akwesasne Wolves squared off against the Westport Rideaus at the A’nowara’ko:wa Arena.
