The Alcohol/Chemical Dependency Prevention Program of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe has been encouraging students to take part in drug awareness by wearing a different theme each day this week. Nineteen students in grades 4-6 travelled to Kinsmen Field in Cornwall to face opponents from schools throughout the Upper Canada School Board. The team placed third in their pool to earn a berth in the 'C' championship. They battled hard against a strong team from Long Sault, but came up short, losing 2-0. Mohawk Auction fundraiser for Helen Lazore this Friday, October 26, 2018 in the tribal building lobby from 9:00-3:00. Hosted by the SRMT Outreach department where Helen is a nurse. Nicandri Nature Center, 19 Robinson Bay Road, Massena A nature themed Halloween event will take place on October 27th.
