    Working with momentum resulting from the first two games, the Lady Raiders quickly finished the third game to claim a 3-0 sweep over a tough Huskies volleyball squad on Monday, October 15th.     The Massena Red Raider girl’s volleyball squad celebrated senior night when Salmon River visited last Thursday for the Raider’s final home regular season match. The seniors gave their hometown fans an exciting 3-1 win with scores of 25-9, 25-15, 26-28 and 25-23. The Lady Shamrocks rallied together taking the third set but narrowly lost the fourth.     Last week the SRCS girl’s soccer team had a busy week. On Wednesday they played host to Colton-Pierrepont. seventeen minutes into the first half Jaiden Mitchell finished off a play set up by Taylor Francis to score the only goal to give the Lady Shamrocks a 1-0 win over Colton-Pierrpont.     Last Friday night saw a repeat of the Friday before as the Raiders won a post-season match against Canton Central at the Mike Nicolas Field. The Raiders won 48-14 on October 12th and played the Golden Bears a week later in a post-season game and won with a score of 41-7.The Raiders led 21-0 at half time and kept the momentum going until the end.
