    AKWESASNE – The Saint Regis Mohawk Health Services reported a slight increase in the overall vaccination rate for the southern portion of the Akwesasne community. Lazore-King, 32 of Hogansburg, NY for Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle 3rd, unlawful fleeing of an officer 3rd, obstruction of governmental administration 2nd, grand larceny 3rd and multiple vehicle and traffic law tickets.     MASSENA – Court documents filed show 38-year-old Robert Isaac Carr allegedly used a knife to kill his father, Robert W. Carr, in Massena Tuesday. Police were called to the scene at 6:46 a.m. on Tuesday. Police said the body of the 66-year-old victim was found lying in the front yard of 9 Tracy Street in the village Tuesday morning. The home has been owned by Robert and Marilyn Carr since 1996, according to property records.
