Letter to the Editor, The St. Regis Mohawk School is an alarming concern when it comes to air borne asbestos second to the mold that has been broadcast on the news media in our community. The community having such an alarming condition is yet still relying on other people to let them know about such a concern. The tribal monthly meeting was in poor attendance indicating that we still just do our own things in life and continue our same routines without regard to our youth having a school with serious conditions. The attendance of 530 some kids...

As Halloween approaches, so does the quest for “the” costume. Most kids are pretty specific I guess, knowing exactly what they want. Out of all the things they could be they know what. That is Baby T, a kid who knows what he wants and why he wants it. Baby T’s dream for this year is to be a ghost. Just like on the old cartoons, a simple sheet with three holes cut out of it.
