    Morristown. Morristown Fire Department officials reported a truck towing a race car went off the road, took down a telephone pole, and crashed through the building and into the cooler. The aim, according to cleanup officials, is to make sure the work is protecting human health and the environment.     8 AKWESASNE. The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe's Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and Health Services reported 13 new positive COVID-19 cases in Akwesasne's southern portion over the holiday weekend.     State police confirmed Friday afternoon, Oct. 8, that a person died in a single-vehicle crash in Fort Covington the prior morning. Troopers say the crash happened at about 9:36 a.m. on County Route 1. Suzanne Seidel-Patnode, 53, of Fort Covington, was pronounced dead at the scene by Franklin County Coroner Brian Langdon, police said. The Saint Regis Mohawk Health Services reported that, as of October 7th, 51.2% of all eligible individuals in Akwesasne's southern portion are fully vaccinated and protected against COVID-19.
