Wow, what a summer it has been. I apologize for the lack of articles the last month or so but during August/September I had barely time to breath. I had to finish training and lay out a template for one of my athletes who was headed out to Division I Hawaii for football, all my high school athletes were preparing for their respective seasons, lacrosse provincials and playoffs were in full swing and hockey had started. Massena Minor Youth Football teams are in their final week of competitions. The coaches have been teaching these boys the skills needed to produce players that will have abundant knowledge of the game and the abilities to play at higher levels.
