On Monday, September 17, 2018, Chief of Police of the Akwesasne Mohawk Police Service (AMPS) was notified that an off-duty AMPS member was arrested at the CBSA Cornwall Port of Entry. Justin Delormier was not on active duty and has been on leave since 2016. He is no longer an employee of the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne.
