They recognized them at halftime during the Raiders' game against Malone, which they went on to win 42-18. One of the inductees was Eric Francis, class of 2013. She was a three-sport athlete for the Raiders and finished her career receiving the Massena Central High School Female Athlete of the Year Award.     MALONE – Franklin-Essex-Hamilton BOCES will host an open house at North Franklin Educational Center in Malone Wednesday, Oct. 4.
