The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne is currently conducting a community survey on the possibility of a ferry service in the territory. Public feedback and opinion is necessary to ensure that the needs of the community are addressed. The Massena varsity girls volleyball team came from behind to pull down a home win on Wednesday, Sept. 18 taking down the Salmon River Shamrocks. The Raiders managed a 27 – 25 come-from-behind victory in the first set, but their green-clad opponents took over the next two sets 25-14, 25-17.
