In Canada, First Nations people are not required to pay the Goods & Services Tax (GST) on items either purchased on a First Nation or delivered to a First Nation.     It was a decent week for Massena varsity sports, with the volleyball team continuing an undefeated season, the football team taking a blowout win and victories also going to the swimming and soccer squadrons. Volleyball The volleyball team took 3-0 wins over Canton and Malone. In the Sept. 12 Canton contest, Tatum Lafrance notched 11 points, 15 assists, three kills and three aces.
