This weekend the boys had lots of company. On Saturday Little Brother had his cousin by for a visit and they got along pretty well. The usual amount of toy snatching and snack stealing didn’t go on. Last Thursday two of the undefeated girls varsity volleyball teams went head to head with Salmon River emerging as the lone undefeated team in the NAC. In dramatic fashion, the Lady Shamrocks handed Massena their first loss of the season with a five-set game. Outside it was a cool, crisp autumn Saturday but inside the Massena Central gymnasium things were heating up. Massena was host to five NAC girls’ volleyball teams vying for top honors in the Coca Cola Classic Volleyball tournament.
