    The 2011 ‘Stuff the Bus’ campaign grew this year as 250 students in the Akwesasne area were provided with book bags this year, this is up from last years number of 160.     This past August an Iroquois team representing multi-communities and different nations came together to play in the Canadian National Bantam Box Championships in Whitby, Ontario.     Massena’s football team was defeated last Friday night against the Tupper Lake Lumberjacks by a score of 36-12. Josh Blanchard led the defensive line with eight tackles and two assists.     On Wednesday September 7 the Lady Raiders volleyball team hosted the Lady Wildcats of Gouverneur. The Raiders won all three games (25-12, 25-10, 25-13) to win the best of five match.     Puppy Kindergarten is a class run by the trainers at Shannoncourt V.I.P (Very Important Pets) in Martintown, Ontario.
