The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Emergency Operations Center and Health Services reported three (3) new cases of COVID-19 -- making 22 total active cases in Akwesasne’s southern portion. The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe is taking applications for Tribal Cannabis Retail Licenses beginning Monday, September 13, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. The retail license applications are available to pick up during normal business hours at the SRMT Compliance Office located at 28 Okwarine Road in Akwesasne.   • SRMT Health Services Reports 49.2% Vaccination Rate

    AKWESASNE. The Saint Regis Mohawk Health Services reported nearly half of all eligible individuals are fully vaccinated and protected against COVID-19. An additional 144 vaccinations were conducted this week at their Open Walk-in Clinic -- bringing the total vaccination rate to 49.2%. There remains 4,011 individuals ages 12-years or more that are encouraged to receive their first or second shot of the COVID-19 vaccine.
