A Kahnawake man was jailed after a high-speed pursuit that started in Malone where vehicles were forced off the road. The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation announced that public access to its Visitors’ Center at the U.S. Eisenhower Lock for the 2018 navigation season ends at 6:00 pm on Labor Day, September 3.
