    In a best out of seven series, the Massena Muskies beat the Akwesasne Thunderbirds four games to two in the Three Nations Senior Lacrosse inaugural season. The last game of the series – Game Six – was held at the Massena Arena on Wednesday, August 13. The TNSL – part of the Iroquois Lacrosse Association – is a Senior B mens’ box lacrosse league that gave local players the opportunity to play the sport without traveling.   • John Lazore wins Wolfclan Truckstop 25 at Mohawk International Raceway

    John Lazore picked up a major victory in his quest for the Coors Light DIRTcar 358 Modified Championship for 2008 this past Saturday night at Mohawk International Raceway by winning the 21st running of the Wolfclan Truckstop 25.
