    The Press-Republican of Plattsburgh reported that Trevor Sisto of Fort Covington entered a not guilty plea on Monday in North Elba Town Court. He was charged in a July 24 chase on State Route 86 from the village of Lake Placid to nearby Ray Brook, where his pickup truck slammed into a car, killing James and Kim Barney and critically injuring their 11-year-old daughter.
