The Akwesasne Youth Leadership group is planning a trip to Oneida, Ontario from August 14 to the 18 to hear the recital of the Great Law. They hope to have 6 to 8 people and their families make the trip. On Friday August 2, the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe held its annual staff appreciation picnic. The picnic catered by Big-E featured a barbeque lunch. There was enough to feed 700 people, and with an attendance of approximately half that, there was plenty of food to go around. Akwesasne – The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe hosted an employee recognition ceremony at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort on Friday, July 26, 2013 with over 65 associates in attendance.
