(2016-08-03) Cornwall, Ontario - During the late evening hours of July 19th, 2016, members of the Cornwall Regional Task Force (CRTF) were notified of suspicious activity occurring at a shoreline South Glengarry, Ontario residence. The State Education Department released the results of the 2016 Grades 3-8 English language arts (ELA) and math tests. In ELA this year, the percentage of students in grades 3-8 who scored at the proficient level (Levels 3 and 4) increased by 6.6 percentage points to 37.9, up from 31.3 in 2015.
