The Snye Recreation Jr. Golf program is in its 7th year. The program consists of 5 instructional days and the culminating event is the Youth-Adult Golf Tournament, which was held held on July 15th. The Akwesasne Sports girls soccer team faced off against a team from Heuvelton this past Tuesday night at the Generations field. The teams tied at the end of the game at 2-2 with a single goal going to both Alley Bero and Amanda King. This game went into overtime with neither pulling ahead.
