By Andy Gardner The Bear's Den Mohawk Medicine Men have wrapped up their 2019 season after making it to the first round of playoffs against the Onondaga Red Hawks. Onondaga won two straight games to clinch the best-of-three series. The first was a 16-12 in at Onondaga on Friday, July 12. Submitted by Amy Lazore Our grade 7/8 team traveled to Maryland July 13 & 14 to participate in a USLACROSSE sanctioned tournament called The Crabcake. It was hosted by NXT Events. The games were in Calvert Park. It took months of preparation. Attending a mid-Atlantic tournament seemed out of reach since only the top competition attend.
