    After 42 days, the border crossing at Cornwall, Cornwall Island and Massena/Rooseveltown fully reopened to traffic Monday morning.     Akwesasne emergency workers and volunteers are currently conducting a search for a missing Akwesasne man. Michael David, 32, was last seen on Monday at 4 p.m. and was reported missing six hours later by his mother. Search crews fled to nearby Hopkins Point (near Fort Covington) to conduct searches of the St. Lawrence River and surrounding waterways. Later in the night, David’s boat was found without him.     The Brass Horse Pizzeria’s chicken wings with house sauce were the winners of a chicken wing contest Saturday at the 7th Annual Ironworker’s Festival at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino.     Buccaneer is a 20-year-old horse who has been living with diabetes for the last five years. He cannot eat grass, grain or grapes, his favorite fruit.
