    With hot, humid weather in the forecast for the next few days, the Eastern Ontario Health Unit has issued a severe heat and humidity advisory for residents of the five Eastern Counties.     Congratulations to both 14U & 17U Akwesasne female volleyball teams who captured gold medals on Sunday, July 11 at the Inter-band games in Mistissini, Quebec. Also congratulations to Feryn King who won the talent show Friday, July 9th out of 25 talented participants. Feryn danced her way to victory and won first prize, which was an Ipad.     AKWESASNE, NY -- It was too good to last. Mohawk International Raceway (MIR) had managed to get the first nine races of the season into the record books and while rain played a factor in two events, the main features were completed on each night.
