The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne would like to inform the community that the final arguments regarding the CBSA Test Case trial concerning Alicia Shenandoah and April Elaine Thompson will now take place in July. The final written arguments are due July 16, 2015 and the final oral arguments are commencing on July 23, 2015.
