Approximately 75 golfers from Akwesasne travelled 45 minutes away to Potsdam on Saturday to compete in a golf tournament to benefit the Akwesasne Hall of Fame. Currently, the Akwesasne Lacrosse Hall of Fame Committee is seeking funding to construct a permanent location that will honor award winners in all sports, not just lacrosse.
