    Dozens of dancers have spent every Thursday of the past five months taking dance lessons at the St. Regis Recreation. With a number of both paid and volunteer instructors, the Rakit City Dance Company has become a success in just it’s third year in operation.     Ingredients: 1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger 4 cups rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces 1 egg, beaten juice of half a lemon 1-1/2 cups sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 2 Tbsp. Milk Pastry for pie shell Instructions Mix the rhubarb, ginger, egg and lemon juice together in a large bowl. Mix the sugar and cornstarch together. Stir into the rhubarb mixture.
