    The Kawehnoke Corridor Focus Meeting was held on May 15th, 2017 at the Anowara:kowa Arena. The meeting began with a dinner, following with the opening remarks and call to order. The presentation consisted with the history of the Kawehnoke Corridor Improvement Project, also known as Cornwall Island Corridor Improvements Contract 4a & 5 Harmonized Environmental Assessment Plan (Revised).     On Saturday, May 20, 2017, Heart to Heart Fitness Center held their annual 10K Walk & Run (TMG) to benefit the Akwesasne Boys and Girls Club. 68 walkers and 67 runners participated in near perfect weather conditions of sunny and cool.
