Here is an update of Memorial Day weekend events from the American Legion Post 1479 : - On Saturday May 23rd the Legion is looking for volunteers to place flags at the grave sites. Those Interested can meet at the Legion at 10:00 a.m. - Sunday May 24th the Annual Memorial Day Parade is canceled - Monday May 25th only the Color Guard will be performing ceremonies at the cemeteries. Members only will meet at the Legion at 10:00 a.m. Please stay safe and healthy everyone while remembering those who served....
