    A 31-year-old Stockholm man was shot dead Tuesday morning following an incident police are calling a homicide and robbery.     A 16-year-old Cornwall boy was brutally stabbed to death in front of his peers Monday at the T.R. Leger alternative high school. Following an alleged scuffle outside the school on St. Lawrence College’s campus, the victim returned to class while the 17-year-old suspect allegedly fled the school.     A playground, concession stand, bathrooms and sports playing field will be ready for use next month, said St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Sub-Chief Ron LaFrance Jr. On Tuesday, concrete was poured for a small building to house the concession stand and bathrooms.     State police in the town of Theresa arrested 24-year-old Robert McDonald of Rooseveltown after a police dog allegedly sniffed out 23 lbs. of hydroponic marijuana on Monday, May 12.
