WARRANT – Jordan Ernest Benedict, 25 of Akwesasne was arrested on the 31st of July, 2011 under the strength of three outstanding Committal Warrants. Akwesasne Territory – The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe has a long-standing working relationship with St. Lawrence County’s solid waste department. The Akwesasne Boys & Girls Club (ABGC) is proud to announce that several youth from the club were selected to attend the National Intertribal Youth Summit held in Sante Fe, New Mexico last week. • The Youth and Elders Gathering hosted by the Onondaga Nation from July 23rd to July 31st was a great success. Over 200 people attended from such nations as the Lakota, Guatemala Indians, California Indians, Navajo, Hopi, Menominees and Haudenosaunee. Each day started with a tobacco burning at 6:00am.
