Despite dismal, unseasonable wintry weather that wiped out a majority of games scheduled for the week of April 16, Salmon River girls lacrosse won two of three games, one of which was a loss to Massena. (April 25, 2018) The Akwesasne Mohawk Police and the Ontario ROPE squad have arrested Mitchell Jocko (36) without incident in Gatineau, Quebec. The arrest occurred this past Tuesday (April 24, 2018) morning. Mitchell Jocko was wanted on arrest warrants for aggravated assault. Akwesasne Mohawk Police have charged Jocko for two separate incidents that occurred within the same week in early February 2018.
